Intuitive user interface – You can update and add content to your site yourself in minutes by using the easy-to-use interface. Youdu CMS allows you to easily manage your entire site with nothing more than a web browser and without the need for any technical knowledge or HTML experience.

Quick to implement and set-up - It is possible to set your YouDu CMS account set-up within one business day. You can then start creating, adding and managing the site content itself. You can select from one of the three visually designed themed templates for your site, or even import your own design templates.

Customisable workflow – You can easily create workflow options for your site, using the standard customisation module. You can create groups of users so that relevant content is sent to the right person in your organisation for review.

Affordable – YouDu CMS is offered as a fully managed service - having a hosted solution means you don't have to worry about keeping hardware up-to-date, connectivity costs or sorting out server back-ups. There’s a one off annual licence fee, which means you can keep your budget on track. YouDu CMS is also available as an unlimited full organisation perpetual enterprise licenced version - so if you have more complex requirements, such as offering multiple sites from one system or integrating seamlessly with back-office systems, this may be the right choice for you.

Extensible – Your site can easily be extended by your own developers using industry standard code via the Custom Modules feature of the CMS. YouDu CMS lends itself easily to integration with third-party and legacy back-office systems via web services and XML. BOCC can advise on the most appropriate and suitable method to integrate with your third-party systems.

Scalable - The content of your site within YouDu CMS is kept separate from the design / presentation. Content is stored in the central Microsoft SQL database as XML and XHTML. This means that new styles and templates can easily be integrated with the site in order to create a new look and feel for a different audience - without changing or updating the YouDu CMS or your site in any way.

Support services – The annaul licenced version of the YouDu CMS includes free application support and the use of our extensive online knowledge base. You can report any queries to us via our dedicated online Helpdesk. For Enterprise Licence clients further support agreement options are available to suit your needs.

Upgrade programme - BOCC regularly reviews upgrade options and new features for YouDu CMS. Upgrades are based on suggestions and requirements from all of our clients using the system. Minor revisions are typically available on a three to six month basis and any major upgrades are deployed every 12-18 months.
