Bartington Instruments Upgrades YouDu CMS Licence

Bartington Instruments have recently upgraded their licensed version of YouDu CMS to a medium site license to accommodate for the growing needs of the organisations website.

The Bartington website has been powered by BOCC's YouDu CMS since 2007. Bartington decided upon the annual hosted rental licence of our content management system since it was the most cost effective and flexible option for the future.

The annual licensed option included an initial one-off charge for the set-up of the site, including the configuration of the CMS, visual design development, the integration of any additional modules and CMS administrator training.

There is a re-occurring annual licence charge for YouDu CMS that includes the annual licence fee, a fully managed shared server hosting account, provision of Urchin visitor statistical reports and application support services.

Bartington staff are able to easily manage and update the website on a day-to-day basis, without the need to come back to BOCC for any changes. The intuitive interface allows staff to:

• Manage all website pages;
• Include images, Flash videos and audio files;
• Send out email alerts to registered clients and site visitors;
• Update HTML and email templates - controlling the look and feel of the website.
