British Academy Chooses YouDu Forms for Event Bookings

The British Academy has choosen BOCC's YouDu Forms product to make the booking of events and seminars online easier and administratively more streamlined.

The events team required an efficient approach to handling the registration process for booking events and seminars. By employing YouDu Forms to handle the event booking process, it means that British Academy staff can:

• Use sample or existing forms to create a new event booking form quickly.
• Limit the number of online event registrations, so that once all places are booked the registration form is no longer available.
• Skip to other form questions, based on previous answers provided.
• Create forms that are either privately or publicly available.
• Download a list of attendees per event form, using the standard CSV export facility.

The Academy will be able to use the functionality of YouDu Forms to provide much more than just the event booking forms. The system offers an advanced online form-building tool, which is flexible enough to be used for a variety of uses, including:

• Online application, contact and feedback forms;
• Online booking, registration and order forms;
• Surveys, assessments and consultations.

YouDu Forms was easily integrated with the existing YouDu CMS (content management system) as a new module. Any forms created are then easily assigned as a module to existing Pages and Templates.

Our Design Team ensured that the actual style and look & feel of the forms complimented the existing design of the main British Academy website.

The British Academy website was originally designed and developed by BOCC and is hosted on a dedicated web server at our datacentre in Oxford.
