YouDu Forms – Unlimited full organisation indefinite enterprise licence
For this option there will be a one-off cost for the provision of YouDu Forms as a standalone form-building tool, with an unlimited full organisation indefinite enterprise licence. This option is applicable if you are planning on integrating directly with a number of existing back-office systems; wish to run forms for multiple sites (including intranet and secure extranets); or simply host the form-building tool yourself.
Often clients ask BOCC to set-up YouDu Forms for them remotely, as well as host the tool for them at our data centre in Oxford.

YouDu Forms – Annual hosted rental licence option
For the following annually licensed option there will then be an annual re-occurring licence charge for YouDu Forms that will include the annual licence fee, shared server hosting and application support services.
