YouDu CMS – Annual hosted rental licence options For the following annually licenced options, there will be an initial one-off charge for the set-up of the site, including the configuration of the CMS, visual design development, the integration of any additional modules and CMS administrator training. There will then be an annual re-occurring licence charge for the YouDu CMS that will include the annual licence fee, shared server hosting, provision of Urchin visitor statistical reports and application support services.
YouDu CMS – Unlimited full organisation indefinite enterprise licence For this option there will be a one-off cost for the provision of the YouDu CMS unlimited full organisation indefinite enterprise licence. This option is applicable if you are planning on integrating directly with a number of existing back-office systems; wish to run multiple websites from the CMS with separate domains names; or host the system yourself. Typically clients ask BOCC to set-up the CMS and develop their site for them, as well as host the system for them on a dedicated managed server at our data centre in Oxford.
